Biography:
Mr. Hernan’s practice focuses on civil rights litigation, contract negotiation and business litigation. He spends a considerable amount of time dedicated to protecting the constitutional rights of immigrants and is the Managing Partner of Hernan Taylor & Lee. Mr. Hernan is a frequent featured speaker or panelist in debates and other forums regarding immigration reform and immigrants’ rights.
Prior to forming Hernan Taylor & Lee, Mr. Hernan was an attorney in the Atlanta office of the international law firm King & Spalding where he focused on banking & finance matters.
