Michael Martin’s practice is concentrated in the field of workers’ compensation, which includes court appearances before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation and Superior Courts in Georgia. Prior to his representation of injured workers, Michael worked for a prominent insurance defense firm in Atlanta for several years. The knowledge and insight learned representing employers and insurance companies has been invaluable in his representation of injured workers. Michael has written several articles on various workers’ compensation topics, and has spoken at workers’ compensation seminars.
Michael is married, with two children, and is active in his church.
