Biography:
Mr. Bair’s primary practice area is criminal defense. He also litigates personal injury cases as well as general litigation and family law. Mr. Bair has logged hundreds of hours in courtroom experience defending individuals, and he has been counsel in numerous pro bono criminal cases fighting for indigent defendants who have been falsely accused of crimes.
Prior to joining Hernan Taylor & Lee, Mr. Bair was an attorney at an Atlanta immigration firm, where his job provided him the opportunity to present lectures in South Korea and China on United States immigration law.
