Biography:
Mr. Ortiz focuses in helps clients in a variety of matters such as criminal, civil, family and immigration cases as a liaison with the firm’s US licensed attorneys. Prior to joining Hernan Taylor & Lee, Aaron was a corporate attorney, compliance officer and Secretary of the Board of ING Mexico and Latin-American Legal Adviser in ING Insurance Co. Mr. Ortiz worked with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, insurance claims, anti-money laundering rules and conflict resolution in Mexico. Prior to working with ING, Mr. Ortiz worked in the private sector almost twenty years with companies such as Kimberly Clark and Nestle.
Mr. Ortiz was born and raised in Mexico City and speaks fluent English and Spanish.
